En vind je het leuk om samen met jouw collega's te zoeken naar creatieve oplossingen in uitdagende situaties? Kom werken als gedragsdeskundige in Den Haag bij Middin en ga voor midden in het leven. Dit ga je doen Als gedragsdeskundige binnen Middin ben je samen met de zorgmanager en meewerkend leidinggevende verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven van het leefklimaat en de leefsituatie van onze bewoners. Dit doe je door middel van directe maar ook indirecte, mediatieve behandeling. Je analyseert, bespreekt en verheldert wat de client nodig heeft en draagt ideeën en werkbare oplossingen aan bij vragen. Je draagt zorg voor het up to date houden van het behandeldossier en je adviseert alle betrokkenen bij de ondersteuning. Je verricht psychodiagnostisch onderzoek naar cognitie, stemming en gedrag. Verder ga je: - Gevraagd en ongevraagd gedragsdeskundig advies geven aan begeleiders, niveau 5 of meewerkend leidinggevende en zorgmanager. - Multidisciplinair behandelen stimuleren doordat je als gedragsdeskundige de rol van regiebehandelaar hebt. Hiermee ben je de spil in het web in alle geboden behandelingen. - Een bijdrage leveren aan deskundigheidsbevordering van de verzorgenden. - Deelnemen aan- en adviseren in multidisciplinaire overleggen. - Relevante ontwikkelingen signaleren binnen het eigen vakgebied en je brengt voorstellen voor beleidsontwikkeling in.
