The posting

  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en implementatie van de ortho-agogische visie van Kompas.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een kwaliteitsvol ondersteuningsplan waarmee ingespeeld wordt op de actuele noden en vragen van de cliënt. Hiervoor draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je coacht samen met de wooncoördinator het team waarvoor je het inhoudelijk ortho-agogisch werken mee vorm geeft. Hiervoor werk je samen met de teams van een deelwerking, je neemt deel aan teamvergaderingen en andere relevante overlegmomenten.
  • Je werkt mee aan de professionalisering van de werking, aan het tot leven brengen van gekozen kaders en ondersteunende methodieken (emotionele ontwikkeling, contextueel werken, traumasensitief handelen, vlaggensysteem buiten de lijnen...). Je coördineert deze opdracht voor de aan jou toegewezen werking én hebt oog voor de gehele organisatie Kompas.
  • Je kan vlot en integer communiceren met verschillende betrokken: cliënt, ouders, netwerk, teamleden,
  • Je staat mee in met jouw collega’s voor de ortho-agogische permanentie (telefonisch).
  • Je bent bereid om vorming te geven over ortho-agogische thema’s om de werking te versterken.
  • Je behaalde een master in de pedagogische wetenschappen
  • Je hebt ervaring als ortho of ervaring in individuele begeleiding van cliënten met een complexe ondersteuningsvraag
  • Je bent een verbindende collega die graag samenwerkt en professionele expertise combineert met een toegankelijke, nuchtere aanpak
