Devotas Orthopedagoog/ Psycholoog K&J Waar voor de één het hoofdstuk eindigt, begint de jouwe misschien wel hier? - Onze collega vertrekt eind 2026, en ze heeft met veel plezier bij Devotas gewerkt. Een beslissing die haar niet licht is gevallen: ze had het bij ons juist erg naar haar zin, leert hier veel, heeft fijne collega's en ze was niet actief op zoek naar een andere baan. Door een toevalligheid toch een andere aanbieding gekregen die ook weer nieuwe ontwikkelkansen biedt. Na veel wikken en wegen heeft ze besloten deze stap te zetten, met een dubbel gevoel, want haar betrokkenheid bij het team en het werk blijft groot. Maar zo is het leven. Natuurlijk vinden we het jammer. Tevens gunnen wij haar deze nieuwe stap van harte, al zullen we haar enthousiasme, betrokkenheid en fijne humor enorm missen. Haar vertrek betekent dat er ruimte ontstaat voor een nieuwe collega die met net zoveel plezier en toewijding met jeugdigen en hun gezinnen wil werken. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zijn op zoek naar een basis-orthopedagoog of basis-psycholoog Kind & Jeugd die ons team wil versterken op onze vestiging in Oud-Beijerland. Werk je graag met jeugdigen en hun ouders, en haal je voldoening uit betekenisvol en zorgvuldig werk? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wij ontvangen verwijzingen voor uiteenlopende hulpvragen, variërend van kind-eigen problematiek tot gezins- en systeemproblematiek. Dit maakt het werk veelzijdig en afwisselend. Geen hulpvraag is hetzelfde; daarom werken wij cliëntgericht en zoeken we samen met de jeugdige en het systeem naar wat daadwerkelijk helpt, passend bij hun context (gezin, school en andere leefgebieden). Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt jeugdigen en hun ouders bij hun uitdagingen en krijgt ruimte om te werken met diagnostiek, behandeling, begeleiding en psycho-educatie.
