ORTHOPTIST 16-24 uur per week | Oss, Schijndel & Volkel Zelfstandig werken in een professionele, persoonlijke oogkliniek Bij Maashorst Oogkliniek zetten we ons dagelijks in voor hoogwaardige en persoonlijke oogheelkundige zorg. Ons team bestaat uit circa 30 collega's, waaronder oogartsen, orthoptisten, optometristen en ondersteunende medewerkers. We werken vanuit Oss en Schijndel en openen medio februari 2027 onze nieuwe hoofdvestiging in het Maashorst Medisch Centrum in Volkel. We blijven ontwikkelen en innoveren om onze zorg steeds verder te verbeteren. Voor ons groeiende team zoeken we een orthoptist die zelfstandig werkt, overzicht houdt en zich prettig voelt in een dynamische omgeving. Wat ga je doen? • Je voert zelfstandig orthoptische onderzoeken uit en stelt diagnoses. • Je stelt behandelplannen op en legt deze zorgvuldig vast in het patiëntendossier. • Je evalueert de behandeling en past het behandelplan aan waar nodig. • Je overlegt met oogartsen en andere specialisten binnen ons team. • Je adviseert en informeert patiënten en hun ouders/verzorgers over diagnose, behandeling en eventuele hulpmiddelen. Wat vragen wij van jou? • Je bent afgestudeerd als orthoptist (hbo). • Je hebt een patiëntgerichte en professionele houding en communiceert gemakkelijk met zowel jonge als oudere patiënten. • Je bent flexibel, zelfstandig, doortastend en stressbestendig. • Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding en goede sociale vaardigheden. • Bij voorkeur ben je ingeschreven in het Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici. Wat bieden wij? • Een afwisselende functie voor 16-24 uur per week, met een jaarcontract en uitzicht op verlenging. • Inschaling in FWG 55 volgens de cao Ziekenhuizen. • Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en verdere verdieping in je vakgebied. • Flexibiliteit in werklocatie: Oss, Schijndel en/of Volkel.
