In het kort: Je gaat ouders, kinderen en professionals ondersteunen bij opvoed- en ontwikkelvragen, VVE-gezinnen thuis bezoeken, signaleren, begeleiden, verwijzen en in een netwerk van partners samenwerken rond jonge kinderen van 0 tot 5 jaar. Ouder- en kindcoach gemeente Diemen 0-5 jaar (met een accent op VVE) – 24 uur Ouder- en kindcoach (OK-coach) Als ouder- en kindcoach geef je advies en ondersteuning aan ouders/verzorgers en kinderen rondom de opvoeding en sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling van de kinderen door middel van gesprekken en soms themabijeenkomsten. Op deze manier worden vraagstukken vroegtijdig opgepakt en kan er, samen met de betrokkenen naar passende oplossingen gezocht worden. Indien nodig wordt doorverwezen naar andere instanties. Opgaven voor de OK-coach: Als Ouder en Kind Coach 0–5 ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor scholen, voorscholen, BSO’s en kinderdagverblijven. Professionals kunnen bij jou terecht met vragen over de ontwikkeling, het gedrag of het welzijn van jonge kinderen. Ouders kunnen bij jou terecht met uiteenlopende opvoedvragen. Je biedt laagdrempelige begeleiding, geeft praktische adviezen en helpt ouders inzicht te krijgen in de behoeften van hun kind. Op verzoek van een locatie observeer je kinderen in de groep, altijd met toestemming van ouders. Je kijkt naar ontwikkeling, spel, interactie, gedrag en eventuele zorgen. Je koppelt je bevindingen terug aan ouders en professionals en adviseert over vervolgstappen of ondersteuning. Je werkt structureel samen met meerdere partners. Je stemt af, deelt signalen en zorgt voor een integrale aanpak rondom het kind en het gezin. Met ouders voer je intakegesprekken om de hulpvraag helder te krijgen. Je bespreekt zorgen, verwachtingen, ontwikkeling en thuissituatie. Op basis hiervan bepaal je samen welke ondersteuning passend is. Je organiseert het bestuurlijk en ambtelijk LEA Wanneer ouders ondersteuning nodig hebben bij het inschrijven van hun kind op een voorschool, begeleid je hen stap.
