Parnassia is voor de zorglijn ouderenpsychiatrie in de regio midden Noord-Holland(Castricum, Purmerend) op zoek naar ouderenpsychiaters.Ouderen hebben de toekomst. Ben jij (ouderen)psychiater en wil je jouw expertiseinzetten voor een groeiende doelgroep? Bij Parnassia krijg je de kans om ambulant,klinisch óf in een combinatie van beide het verschil te maken voor ouderen metpsychiatrische problematiek. Binnen deze functie is het mogelijk je rol uit te breiden met aanvullende taken, zoalsplaatsvervangend opleiderschap, leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden, onderwijs en/ofbetrokkenheid bij onderzoek. Daarmee biedt deze functie niet alleen een behandelrol,maar ook ruimte voor verdere profilering binnen opleiding, beleid en academischeontwikkeling. Dit ga je doenBinnen de zorglijn Ouderenpsychiatrie werk je met cliënten van 65 jaar en ouder. Je zieteen breed scala aan problematiek: van angst- en stemmingsstoornissen tot trauma enEPA, vaak gecombineerd met persoonlijkheids- of cognitieve klachten. Geen dag is dushetzelfde!JeJe komt terecht in een enthousiast multidisciplinair team van verpleegkundigen, SPV's,psychologen en psychiaters. We werken nauw samen, denken met elkaar mee enhouden van vernieuwen. Collegialiteit en leren van én met elkaar vinden we belangrijk.Wat je gaat doen:als regiebehandelaar voer je diagnostiek en behandeling uit, samen met collega's,cliënten en hun naasten; • je schakelt regelmatig met andere afdelingen binnen en buiten Parnassia, zoalscrisisdienst, FACT, verslavingszorg en thuiszorg; • je bouwt mee aan de ontwikkeling van ons team en onze behandelingen, en draagt jekennis over aan collega's in opleiding; • daarnaast draai je mee in de waarneemregeling, achterwachtdiensten en ZM-beoordelingen. • Bij Parnassia werk je in een betrokken team waar ruimte is voor ontwikkeling, innovatieen samenwerking.
