Scouting Sint Maarten Hoofddorp ● IJweg 969 ● Hoofddorp e-mail [email protected] web www.sintmaartengroep.nl Instagram @sc_st_maarten Vacature Oudervertegenwoordiger Wij zijn Scouting Sint Maarten, de waterscoutinggroep die uitdagende activiteiten organiseert voor jouw kind(eren), in het Haarlemmermeerse bos in Hoofddorp en zeilend op het water van de Westeinderplassen. Onze jeugdleden en hun ouders krijgen een stem in de groepsraad (de algemene ledenvergadering). Voor onze speltakken Bevers, Waterwelpen, Zeeverkenners en Wilde Vaart zijn we op zoek naar oudervertegenwoordigers die onze jeugdleden vertegenwoordigen. Wat ga je doen? Als oudervertegenwoordiger vertegenwoordig je, de naam zegt het al, de belangen van de jeugdleden van de speltak waar je kind lid van is, en daarmee indirect ook de belangen van de andere ouders. Je verzamelt input van de ouders en neemt die mee naar de groepsraad, de algemene ledenvergadering van onze vereniging. De groepsraad vindt 5 keer per jaar plaats. Aan deze vergadering van zo'n 2 á 3 uur nemen o.a. het bestuur en alle stafteams deel. In de groepsraad besluit je als oudervertegenwoordiger mee over het beleid van onze vereniging. Wie ben je? Je bent een enthousiaste ouder en iemand die het leuk vindt om met onze kaderleden mee te denken over het besturen van onze vereniging. Je bent minimaal 21 jaar oud en bereid een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) te overleggen (kosteloos voor vrijwilligers). Scouting Ervaring is geen vereiste; het is nooit te laat om de wereld van scouting te ontdekken! Wat kun je verwachten? Wij werken met het credo vrijwilligerswerk is vrijwillig, maar niet vrijblijvend. De tijdsbesteding zal liggen op ongeveer 1-2 uur per maand. Als oudervertegenwoordiger word je automatisch ook lid van Scouting Nederland, hier zijn geen kosten aan verbonden.
