Jobomschrijving

Als Outbound Administration Specialist in Temse ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle zendingen die speciale documentatie en/of opvolging vereisen. Is deze job helemaal iets voor jou? Solliciteer nu!

Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Outbound Administration Specialist:

  • Je stelt juiste en tijdige uitgaande documenten op voor speciale zendingen. Hierdoor word je een expert in operationele export. Je rapporteert eventuele non-conformiteiten direct.
  • Je gaat het team van Outbound Administration Officers bijstaan bij hoge werkdruk
  • Je gaat assisteren bij de uitvoering van interne en externe audits
  • Je zal expertise bieden bij het voorbereiden en testen van systeemveranderingen (samen) met IT
  • Je spreekt met afdelingen zoals Customer Care, Finance en het Trade Compliance Center Of Excellence.

Jouw takenpakket als Outbound Administration Specialist:

  • Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en hebt kennis van het Engels
  • Je hebt goede kennis van Office-toepassingen. Je bent vaardig in het gebruik van Outlook voor e-mail en taakbeheer. Daarnaast heb je een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring
  • Je weet van aanpakken weten en bent een goede communicator
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en probleemoplossend
