Voor een creatieve en dynamische speler binnen de mediawereld zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Outbound Agent Media & Televisie. Dit bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in uiteenlopende contentproducties, van televisie en radio tot video- en voice-overproducties.

In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor potentiële klanten. Je neemt telefonisch contact op met bedrijven, brengt hun behoeften in kaart en overtuigt hen van de meerwaarde van de aangeboden media-oplossingen. Jij begeleidt het volledige commerciële proces telefonisch en zet interesse om in concrete samenwerkingen.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en dagelijkse begeleiding zodat je snel vertrouwd raakt met de producten, diensten en commerciële technieken.

Jouw taken

  • Telefonisch contacteren van potentiële klanten.
  • Zelfstandig op zoek gaan naar nieuwe leads en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Prospecten adviseren over de verschillende media- en reclameoplossingen.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren en benutten.
  • Werken met een vooraf uitgewerkt script als leidraad tijdens je gesprekken.
  • Nieuwe klanten overtuigen en samenwerkingen realiseren.
  • Klantgegevens en commerciële contacten correct opvolgen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen en resultaten.

  • Je bent resultaatgericht en gemotiveerd om doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld, klantgericht en professioneel.
  • Je kan een script vlot volgen, maar weet ook een natuurlijk en persoonlijk gesprek te voeren.
  • Ervaring in outbound sales, telefonische prospectie of een commerciële functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
