Für unseren Kunden suchen wir im Raum Gleisdorf nach Verstärkung. 1 Outbound Logistics Manager*in Wen suchen wir?

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, HAK) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung

* Praxiserfahrung in den beschriebenen Aufgabenbereichen

* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge klar zu vermitteln

* Hervorragendes Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Was erwarten wir?

* Steuerung organisatorischer und administrativer Prozesse im Order Management

* Erstellung kaufmännischer Unterlagen wie Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheine, Zolldokumente und Rechnungen

* Koordination der Inbound- und Outbound-Logistik

* Mitwirkung an Standardisierungsprojekten, Controlling-Aufgaben und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsthemen

* Betreuung als SAP Key User*in für S4Hana inklusive Unterstützung bei Gewährleistungsfällen, zugehöriger Kundenkommunikation und internem Reporting

* Sicherstellung der Sicherheit am Standort inklusive Meldung von Sicherheits- und Umweltgefahren im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich, inkl. Cyber-Security-Themen
