Je werkt in een dynamisch team en zorgt dat alle zendingen - inclusief zelfafhalingen - correct worden verzonden. Je rapporteert direct aan de Outbound Supervisor en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen zoals Inbound en Warehouse. Jouw bijdrage is essentieel om onze klanten een uitstekende leverervaring te bieden én om continu te blijven verbeteren op het gebied van snelheid, nauwkeurigheid en kosten. Verantwoordelijkheden - Verwerken en controleren van transportorders en laadpapieren. - Voorbereiden van zendingen. - Registreren en archiveren van transportdocumentatie. - Dagelijks bijdragen aan het tijdig verwerken van de outbound orders. - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen in het proces. - Zorgdragen voor een schone, veilige en geordende werkplek. Kwalificaties - MBO - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in logistieke richting. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een administratieve rol, planning functie of in een logistieke of magazijnomgeving. Vereiste Vaardigheden - Nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en analytisch denken. - Bekendheid met transportdocumenten en logistieke systemen is een pré. - Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed omgaan met piekmomenten. - Je bent een teamspeler die zelfstandig kan werken en proactief is.
