Als Outputspecialist Automatisering krijg je de kans om jouw technische vaardigheden in te zetten, processen te optimaliseren en een sleutelrol te spelen in het ontwerpen en implementeren van digitale én fysieke oplossingen voor onze klanten. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van technische implementatietrajecten. Hierbij werk je met workflowsoftware om klantdata om te zetten in efficiënte processen en output. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij de implementatie van innovatieve producten, zoals betaaloplossingen, Digi-koppelingenD, MijnOverheid-aansluitingen en klantportalen. Samen met interne teams en klanten werk je aan het verbeteren van onze producten en processen. Jouw input en expertise maken een direct verschil. Wat ga je doen - Ontwerpen en implementeren van workflows voor fysieke en digitale output. - Klantdata omzetten in digitale en fysieke documentstromen, met behulp van geavanceerde software zoals Inspire (Quandient). - Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen ons bedrijf en onze klanten, met veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng. - Sparringpartner zijn voor interne en externe klanten en meedenken over innovatieve oplossingen. - Samenwerken met projectcoördinatoren, IT-consultants en softwareontwikkelaars. - Verbeteren en optimaliseren van producten en processen.
