The posting

Binnen een jonge vzw die inzet op preventie van schooluitval en de aanpak van gedragsmoeilijkheden in het basis- en secundair onderwijs, zijn wij op zoek naar 2 outreachmedewerkers die rechtstreeks met kinderen en jongeren in de scholen werken. Je tracht escalaties te doorbreken en trajecten opnieuw in beweging te krijgen om zo schooluitval te voorkomen. Dit gebeurt steeds op vraag van een school of via een rondetafel. Je biedt kortdurende, doelgerichte interventies en zet daarnaast in op themagebonden trajecten in het basisonderwijs.

Je taken:

- Herstelgericht werken: begeleiden van herstelgesprekken bij conflicten of bij tijdelijke uitsluiting van leerlingen, inzetten op herstel van relaties, zowel individueel als op groepsniveau.

- Klas- en groepstrajecten in basis- en secundair onderwijs: ontwikkelen en begeleiden van kortdurenden thematrajecten rond bv sociaal-emotionele vaardigheden, gedrag en groepsdynamiek, conflicten, motivatie en schoolbetrokkenheid.

- SLOW-werking: begeleiden van leerlingen die definitief werden uitgesloten in het secundair onderwijs, werken rond motivatie, toekomstperspectief en heroriëntering, combineren van een individuele en groepsgerichte aanpak.
