Voor een internationale logistieke speler zijn we op zoek naar een Outside Sales Agent met expertise in luchtvracht. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van nieuwe leads, het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties en het adviseren van klanten over de optimale luchtvrachtoplossingen. Wat ga je verder doen?

  • Je identificeert en benadert potentiële nieuwe klanten in de luchtvrachtmarkt
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert gepersonaliseerde salesstrategieën om jouw doelstellingen te behalen
  • Je voert gesprekken met klanten om hun logistieke behoeften te begrijpen en de perfecte oplossing te bieden
  • Je presenteert de uitgebreide waaier van luchtvrachtdiensten en overtuigt klanten van de toegevoegde waarde die we kunnen leveren
  • Je bouwt langdurige en waardevolle relaties op met jouw klanten, gebaseerd op vertrouwen en wederzijds respect
  • Je bewaakt de marktontwikkelingen en signaleert nieuwe kansen voor jouw salesteam
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van de salesprocessen en deelt jouw kennis en expertise met collega’s

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma en hebt reeds een eerste ervaring in de logistieke sector
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in luchtvracht
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Kennis Duits is een plus maar geen must
  • Je bent hands-on & resultaatgericht
  • Je bent commercieel en probleemoplossend ingesteld
