Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

In deze commerciële functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen van een klantenportefeuille binnen internationale expeditie. Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten, bouwt duurzame relaties op en vertaalt logistieke noden naar passende oplossingen. De focus ligt vandaag voornamelijk op zeevracht, maar afhankelijk van de verdere invulling van de functie kan ook luchtvracht mee aan bod komen. Daarom zoeken we iemand met een stevige commerciële drive, kennis van freight forwarding en voldoende flexibiliteit om mee te groeien met de noden van de organisatie.

• Je prospecteert actief naar nieuwe klanten en detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten binnen de markt

• Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en onderhoudt je netwerk op een professionele manier

• Je analyseert logistieke noden en vertaalt deze naar passende zeevracht- en eventueel luchtvrachtoplossingen

• Je volgt prijsaanvragen, offertes en commerciële dossiers nauwkeurig op

• Je onderhandelt met klanten en denkt mee over haalbare, rendabele en klantgerichte oplossingen

• Je werkt nauw samen met interne operationele teams om een correcte dienstverlening te garanderen

• Je registreert commerciële activiteiten, afspraken en opvolgingen zorgvuldig in het CRM-systeem

• Je volgt marktontwikkelingen op en speelt proactief in op nieuwe kansen

• Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op een professionele manier bij klanten en prospecten

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

Je bent een commerciële professional met ervaring binnen expeditie, freight forwarding of internationale logistiek. Je voelt je comfortabel in een rol waarin prospectie, relatiebeheer en commerciële opvolging centraal staan. Kennis van luchtvracht is belangrijk; ervaring met andere modaliteiten is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste. Belangrijker is dat je logistieke processen begrijpt, klanten correct kan adviseren en commercieel sterk genoeg bent om opportuniteiten om te zetten in duurzame samenwerkingen.

• Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een commerciële functie binnen freight forwarding, expeditie of internationale logistiek

• Je hebt een goede kennis van luchtvracht, import en/of export

• Je begrijpt hoe internationale transportoplossingen commercieel worden opgebouwd

• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een sterke troef

• Je haalt energie uit prospectie, klantencontact en het uitbouwen van nieuwe relaties

• Je communiceert professioneel en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen bij klanten

• Je bent resultaatgericht, zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief

• Je werkt nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en met voldoende commerciële maturiteit
