Ben jij een ervaren sales leader met een achtergrond binnen shipping, logistiek of transport? Heb je ervaring met het aansturen van commerciële teams én het uitwerken van een succesvolle salesstrategie?

Jouw uitdaging als Outside Sales:

  • Je bepaalt en implementeert de commerciële strategie voor België.
  • Je stuurt Sales Managers en commerciële teams aan.
  • Je realiseert groei bij bestaande klanten én nieuwe klanten.
  • Je coacht en ontwikkelt medewerkers om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Je bouwt verder aan een sterk netwerk binnen de maritieme en logistieke sector.
  • Je monitort commerciële resultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Wie zoeken we als Outside Sales Representative?

  • Minstens 10 jaar commerciële ervaring binnen shipping, logistiek of transport.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van teams.
  • Sterk strategisch en commercieel inzicht.
  • Vlotte communicator en sterke onderhandelaar.
  • Resultaatgericht, ondernemend en klantgericht.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
