Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

Als Outside Sales Zeevracht ben jij hét gezicht naar de markt. Je bouwt actief aan nieuwe opportuniteiten en versterkt bestaande relaties, met als doel duurzame groei te realiseren.

Je:

  • Ontwikkelt en implementeert een doordachte salesstrategie om de marktpositie in België te versterken
  • Detecteert nieuwe klanten binnen de logistieke en supply chain sector en vertaalt hun noden naar concrete oplossingen
  • Bouwt langdurige relaties op en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor key accounts
  • Presenteert overtuigend de meerwaarde van logistieke oplossingen op maat
  • Onderhandelt contracten en bewaakt een gezonde balans tussen klant en organisatie
  • Volgt markttrends, concurrentie en ontwikkelingen op de voet en vertaalt deze naar kansen
  • Rapporteert over forecasts, resultaten en optimalisaties naar het management
  • Werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals operations en customer service om een vlotte service te garanderen

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

Je bent een gedreven professional die energie haalt uit het realiseren van groei en het opbouwen van relaties.

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstrol, bij voorkeur binnen forwarding/logistiek in zeevracht.
  • Een sterke track record in het behalen of overtreffen van sales targets.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Engels (gesproken en geschreven).
  • Grondige kennis van de Belgische logistieke markt en haar dynamieken.
  • Sterke onderhandelings-, presentatie- en afsluitvaardigheden.
  • Een natuurlijke flair om vertrouwen en connecties op te bouwen.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Zelfstandigheid, initiatief en een sterke drive om resultaten te behalen.
