The posting

  • préparer les supports avant application : nettoyage, dépoussiérage, rebouchage, pose de la couche d'accrochage ;
  • appliquer les enduits de façade (crépi minéral, silicaté, siloxane, acrylique) à la main ou à la machine à projeter ;
  • poser les sous-enduits et les treillis d'armature en fibre de verre ;
  • réaliser les finitions selon le rendu demandé : taloché, gratté, écrasé, projeté ;
  • poser les profilés d'angle, cornières, arrêts d'enduit et joints de dilatation ;
  • intervenir sur les systèmes d'isolation par l'extérieur (ETICS) : pose des panneaux isolants, chevillage, armature, finition ;
  • effectuer des travaux de réparation et de rénovation de façades existantes ;
  • monter, utiliser et démonter les échafaudages dans le respect des consignes de sécurité ;
  • assurer le nettoyage du poste de travail et l'entretien du matériel.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée en enduit et crépi de façade.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'application manuelle et à la machine à projeter, ainsi que les différentes finitions (taloché, gratté, écrasé).
  • Une expérience en isolation par l'extérieur (ETICS) est un atout.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, soigneux et attentif à la qualité du rendu.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome tout en ayant un bon esprit d'équipe.
  • Vous respectez strictement les consignes de sécurité sur chantier.
  • Vous êtes ponctuel et fiable.
  • Vous parlez français ou néerlandais.
  • Permis B souhaité pour les déplacements entre chantiers.
