The posting

Nous fabriquons chaque jour des boxsprings sur lesquels des milliers de personnes dorment confortablement. Afin de renforcer davantage notre production, nous recherchons un(e) collègue qui aime mettre la main à la pâte, garder une vue d’ensemble et veiller à ce que tout arrive au bon endroit et au bon moment.

Vous ne devez pas nécessairement être manager. Nous recherchons avant tout une personne qui prend ses responsabilités, aime anticiper et soutient ses collègues afin que la production puisse continuer à fonctionner efficacement.

Aucune journée ne se ressemble exactement, mais voici ce qui vous attend :

  • Préparer et organiser les tissus pour la production
  • Approvisionner les postes de travail en matériaux dans les délais
  • Suivre les ordres de production et contribuer à leur planification
  • Effectuer des contrôles qualité sur les ensembles finis
  • Signaler les problèmes ou les retards et participer à la recherche de solutions
  • Contribuer à maintenir un environnement de travail sûr, propre et organisé

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues du département et soutenez le responsable de production lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Profil recherché

  • Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement de production.
  • Vous appréciez la structure et l’organisation.
  • Vous avez le souci de la qualité et du détail.
  • Vous prenez vos responsabilités.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome, tout en étant un véritable esprit d’équipe.
  • Une expérience dans la production ou la logistique est un plus, mais la motivation est tout aussi importante.
