Travaux majoritairement dans region de bruxelles.

En tant qu'Ouvrier en isolation, vous effectuez les travaux d'isolation thermique sur les installations techniques (chauffage, sanitaire, ventilation) sur différents chantiers.

Vos missions principales :

  • Isolation des tuyauteries: Pose de matériaux isolants sur les tuyauteries d'eau chaude, d'eau froide et les gaines de ventilation.
  • Travaux de préparation et de finition : Mesure, découpe et ajustement des matériaux isolants, pose de fixations et de revêtements de protection.
  • Gestion et organisation du chantier : Réception et manutention des matériaux, préparation des zones de travail et respect du rangement du matériel.
  • Travail en équipe et sécurité : Application stricte des consignes de sécurité (EPI) et collaboration directe avec la direction de chantier
  • Polyvalence & Motivation : Envie d'apprendre, de toucher à différentes tâches et de s'investir au quotidien.
  • Rigueur & Sécurité : Respect strict des règles de sécurité, des consignes de chantier et des procédures de pose.
  • Esprit d'équipe : Aimant travailler en équipe, bonne communication et esprit de solidarité avec les collègues.
  • Autonomie progressive : Capacité à devenir autonome au fil du temps après la période de formation interne.
  • Stabilité d'emploi : Contrat à Durée Déterminée (CDD) en vue d'un CDI, offrant une perspective durable au sein d'une structure établie depuis des décennies.
  • Cadre de travail familial : Intégration dans une petite structure à taille humaine où l'entraide, le respect et l'ambiance d'équipe sont privilégiés.
  • Formation et accompagnement : Formation interne sur le terrain aux techniques spécifiques d'isolation (tuyauteries, ventilation) et accompagnement de proximité par des professionnels d'expérience.
  • Évolution de carrière : Possibilités réelles de monter en compétences et d'évoluer vers un poste à plus hautes responsabilités (ex. Chef d'équipe).
