The posting

Adecco Wavre recherche pour l'un de ses partenaires actif dans les jardins, un hoticulteur expérimenté pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre partenaire et participer à l'entretien, la création et l'aménagement d'espaces verts de qualité. Vous serez amené à travailler sur des projets variés, incluant l'aménagement paysager, la production horticole et l'entretien des jardins, tout en mettant en avant votre sens de l'esthétique.

Missions principales :

Entretien des espaces verts : taille, tonte, arrosage, désherbage, fertilisation et traitements phytosanitaires.

  • Création d'aménagements paysagers : participation à la conception et à la réalisation de jardins, massifs, terrasses et autres espaces verts.
  • Production horticole : plantation, repiquage, entretien des végétaux (arbres, arbustes, fleurs, plantes vivaces).

Amélioration esthétique : valoriser les espaces en apportant une attention particulière à l'harmonie des formes, des couleurs et des textures dans les compositions végétales.

Entretien des équipements : assurer l'entretien de base des outils et des machines utilisés. Profil:

  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine horticole ou paysager.

Maîtrise des techniques horticoles : taille, plantation, semis, repiquage, arrosage, etc.

  • Sens développé de l'esthétique et capacité à concevoir et entretenir des aménagements harmonieux et attrayants.

Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome sur certaines missions.

  • Connaissance des plantes locales et capacité à choisir les végétaux en fonction des saisons et des types de sols.
  • Permis B exigé.

Qualités requises :

  • Créativité et souci du détail pour embellir les espaces.

Endurance physique et capacité à travailler en extérieur quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques.

Rigueur dans l'application des consignes techniques et des règles de sécurité.
