Dans le cadre de son activité horticole durable, Forum Jobs recherche pour une entreprise familiale situé à Comines-Warneton, un travailleur polyvalent horticole (H/F) afin de renforcer son équipe de production.

En tant qu’ouvrier polyvalent, vous participez à la culture, l’entretien et le suivi des plantes, légumes et herbes, tout en veillant au bon développement des cultures.

Vos missions :

  • Utiliser, régler et maîtriser les machines de repiquage et de rempotage.
  • Réaliser des travaux manuels horticoles liés à la culture des plantes.
  • Collaborer au quotidien avec l’équipe de production.
  • Assurer la culture, l’entretien et le traitement des plantes, légumes et herbes aromatiques.
  • Veiller en permanence à la qualité des cultures et à leur bon développement.

Profil recherché(e) :

  • Affinité technique et, de préférence, expérience dans le fonctionnement d’une machine.
  • Volonté et capacité physique à effectuer un travail manuel lourd et répétitif.
  • Précision et souci du détail afin de garantir la qualité du produit final.
  • Flexibilité et esprit d’équipe pour travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.
