The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recherchons un(e) ouvrier(ère) polyvalent(e) pour renforcer notre équipe sur le terrain. À terme, ce poste a vocation à évoluer vers une fonction de chef d'équipe pour la personne qui démontrera les compétences, la fiabilité et l'implication nécessaires.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES:

  • Participer aux travaux d'aménagement extérieur : réalisation de parkings et terrasses, mur de soutènement, clôtures, engazonnement, plantations.
  • Réaliser l'entretien d'espaces verts : tonte, taille de haies, débroussaillage, désherbage.
  • Réaliser l'abattage d'arbres en toute sécurité, ainsi que les opérations d'élagage (travail au sol, évacuation du bois, utilisation du broyeur).
  • Assurer la réalisation du bois de chauffage (débitage, fendage, stockage) en vue de la vente.
  • Conduire et manœuvrer le chargeur compact et les équipements hydrauliques associés.
  • Effectuer des travaux de terrassement de base.
  • Conduire les véhicules et engins de l'entreprise de manière prudente et courtoise, sur route comme sur chantier.
  • Veiller à l'entretien courant du matériel et au respect des consignes de sécurité.
  • Représenter l'entreprise avec sérieux auprès des clients privés et des interlocuteurs publics.
  • Charger et décharger les matériaux et équipements, et assurer le rangement du dépôt.
