Met bijna 5500 medewerkers zetten zij zich dagelijks in voor een veilige en betrouwbare omgeving. Binnen het bedrijf heerst een open en collegiale werksfeer, waarbij medewerkers respectvol en vriendelijk omgaan met reizigers en collega's. Functieomschrijving Als Conducteur ben je zichtbaar aanwezig in de tram of metro. Je loopt door het voertuig, controleert vervoersbewijzen en houdt goed in de gaten wat er gebeurt. Ook wanneer er iets speelt blijf je rustig en zorg je voor een veilige en prettige sfeer voor alle reizigers. Reizigers kunnen altijd bij jou terecht voor hulp of informatie. Of het nu gaat om de juiste tram naar Rotterdam Centraal of ondersteuning bij een overstap, jij helpt op een duidelijke en vriendelijke manier. Wat ga je doen? - Vervoersbewijzen controleren; - Zorgen voor rust en veiligheid in het voertuig; - Reizigers helpen bij vragen; - Informatie geven over de reis; - Reizigers vriendelijk welkom heten. Ervaring is niet nodig. In de eerste drie weken volg je een opleiding waarin je alles leert wat je nodig hebt voor deze functie. Je krijgt uitleg over het werken bij Securitas, leert omgaan met veiligheid en lastige situaties en je volgt een BHV training. Functie-eisen We zoeken geen superheld, maar wel iemand die: - Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar is; - In Rotterdam of de directe omgeving woont; - Kunt werken tussen 07:00 en 02:00 uur (ook weekend/avond/nacht); - Goed Nederlands spreekt; - Een (elektrische) fiets of scooter heeft.
