Als Operator speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces en zorg je dat de kwaliteit van de producten altijd hoog blijft. Je werkt met moderne machines, houdt het overzicht op de lijn en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. In deze 3ploegendienst verdien je tot €3.600, bruto per maand en werk je binnen een gezellig en betrokken team. Functieomschrijving Als Operator in de stroopwafelbakkerij ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het goed laten draaien van de productie. Jij stelt de machines in, bewaakt het proces en grijpt in als dat nodig is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit - Bedienen en instellen van de ovens en productielijnen. - Voorbereiden van deeg en stroopmengsels. - Controleren van het bakproces en tijdig bijsturen bij afwijkingen. - Oplossen van kleine technische storingen. - Rapporteren van bijzonderheden of afwijkingen aan de teamleider. - Zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving. Functievereisten Als Operator herken jij jezelf in het volgende - Je hebt mbo+ werk en denkniveau. - Je hebt 1 à 2 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving. - Je spreekt goed Nederlands of Engels. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt technisch inzicht. - Je bent bereid om te werken in een 3ploegendienst.
