We bestaan uit een hechte samenwerking van zes Vlaamse glastuinbouwbedrijven, aangevuld met een centraal sorteer- en verpakkingscentrum.

Verspreid over bijna 80 hectare moderne serres bouwen we elke dag aan een toekomstgericht verhaal, met sterke aandacht voor innovatie, efficiëntie en een mensgerichte arbeidsorganisatie. Met meer dan 800 seizoenarbeiders per jaar en een organisatie in volle groei, staat Tomeco voor ondernemerschap, samenwerking en continue verbetering. Om onze arbeidsorganisatie verder te professionaliseren, zoeken wij een Overkoepelend Arbeidscoördinator die mee richting geeft aan mensen, processen en prestaties.

Jouw rol binnen het team

Voor onze vijf moderne glastuinbouwbedrijven zoeken wij een overkoepelende Arbeidsmanager die strategisch inzicht combineert met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.

In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het stroomlijnen, analyseren en optimaliseren van de arbeidsorganisatie over meerdere sites heen. Je schakelt vlot tussen cijfers en mensen, tussen langetermijnplanning en dagelijkse operationele realiteit. Ervaring in de glastuinbouw is een duidelijke meerwaarde, maar geen absolute vereiste voor kandidaten met een sterke affiniteit met productieomgevingen en arbeidsorganisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Overkoepelend coördineren en optimaliseren van arbeid binnen vijf glastuinbouwbedrijven
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van leidinggevenden
  • Analyseren van arbeidsdata (planning, productiviteit, kwaliteit en kosten) en vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Structuur en uniformiteit aanbrengen in arbeidsprocessen en planningsmethodieken
  • Bevorderen van samenwerking en kennisdeling tussen de verschillende bedrijven
  • Optreden als strategische sparringpartner voor eigenaars en management
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeter- en verandertrajecten
  • Bewaken van prestaties, betrokkenheid en motivatie van medewerkers

Wat is je profiel?

  • Ervaring met arbeidsorganisatie, productieplanning of operationeel management
  • Ervaring in de glastuinbouw, teelt of productieomgeving is een duidelijke plus maar geen must
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen en coachen van leidinggevenden
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en vlotte omgang met cijfers en planningen
  • Daadkrachtig, besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden op zowel werkvloer- als managementniveau
  • Hands-on ingesteld, met een strategische en helikopterview
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring met internationale en/of seizoensgebonden arbeid is een belangrijke troef
