BENEDICTUS GmbH - Bildungs- und Sozialeinrichtung - mit Sitz im 16. Bezirk in Wien, sucht zum ehestmöglichen Dienstbeginn und zur Verstärkung des Teams 2 Pädagogische Fachkräfte (gerne auch in Ausbildung stehend) .

Wir suchen Sie, für den Arbeitsbereich Familienbegleitung intensiv für 15-20 Stunden pro Woche, wenn Sie gerne ambulant mit Kindern und Jugendlichen mit kognitiver Beeinträchtigung in Wien arbeiten wollen.

Für die ambulante Begleitung von Familien in deren eigenen Haushalten suchen wir pädagogische Fachkräfte mit oder ohne Diplom (DiplomsozialpädagogInnen, FamilienbegleiterInnen, SozialarbeiterInnen, BehindertenpädagogInnen,

PsychologInnen, PsychotherapeutInnen,...).

Ziel der ambulanten Begleitung in den eigenen 4 Wänden der Familie ist es, die Familie zu entlasten, pädagogische Angebote für die Kinder mit Behinderung zu setzen und gemeinsam mit den Erziehungsberechtigten einen Begleitungsplan zu erstellen. Die pädagogische Arbeit ist ressourcenorientiert, d.h. es werden die Stärken der Familien und deren vorhandenes Potential gefördert.

Die Dienstzeiten sind von Montag bis Freitag (in Ausnahmefällen am Wochenende) teilweise in der Früh bzw. am Nachmittag und Abend. Voraussichtliches Stundenausmaß: ca. 15-25 Wochenstunden (Teilzeitbeschäftigung).

Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag für die DienstnehmerInnen der Einrichtungen der Interessensvertretung von Ordensspitälern und von konfessionellen Alten und Pflegeheimen, Erziehungs- und Bildungseinrichtungen Österreichs. Das Jahresgrundgehalt liegt je nach abgeschlossener Ausbildung zwischen 43.000 und 46.500 € brutto, Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (39 Wochenstunden). Das Gehalt steigt je nach Vordienstzeiten (es werden alle einschlägigen Vordienstjahre angerechnet).
