Die BTV Vier Länder Bank AG mit Sitz in Innsbruck zählt mit ihren rund 950 Mitarbeiter*innen zu den erfolgreichsten Banken Österreichs und ist in den Märkten Tirol, Vorarlberg, Wien, Süddeutschland, der deutschsprachigen Schweiz und Südtirol aktiv.

MUKKI - so heißt die Kinderbetreuungseinrichtung der BTV Vier Länder Bank AG (BTV), die seit September 2020 im Herzen von Innsbruck Kinder im Alter von 1,5 bis 3 Jahren betreut und begleitet.

Zur Unterstützung suchen wir ab sofort 1 Pädagogische Fachkraft (all genders) in Teilzeit Das erwartet Sie:

* Pädagogische Verantwortung für die Gruppe (als 2. Pädagogische Fachkraft)

* Tätigkeit im Ausmaß von 27 Stunden pro Woche, vorwiegend am Vormittag

* Umsetzung der pädagogischen Bildungsarbeit, Planung, Dokumentation und Elternarbeit im Sinne der Wertehaltung der Einrichtung

* Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen, Supervisionen und Weiterbildungsangeboten

* Zusammenarbeit in einem Team, das Wert auf einen achtsamen und respektvollen Umgang legt

* Qualitätsvolles, abwechslungsreiches und naturbezogenes Arbeiten mit Kleinkindern

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene, anerkannte Ausbildung für pädagogische Fachkräfte in Kinderkrippen (Abschluss BAfEP mit Früherziehung ODER gleichwertig anerkannte Ausbildung)

* Berufserfahrung im Kleinkindbereich

* Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse

* Fachwissen zu den aktuellen gesetzlichen Vorgaben für Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen

* Freude und Liebe zum Beruf in der Kleinkindpädagogik

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Offenheit und Kreativität

* Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Flexibilität

Diese Tätigkeit unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte der Banken und Bankiers. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt in Vollzeit bei 3.274,78 EUR brutto p.m.. Wir bieten eine faire und marktgerechte Vergütung, die Ihre Qualifikation, Erfahrung und unsere teaminternen Gehaltsstrukturen berücksichtigt.
