Wir suchen 1 Pädagogische Fachkraft für eine Heilpädagogische Hortgruppe Stundenausmaß: 25 Wochenstunden (inkl. Vorbereitungszeit), 5 AT, Dienstzeiten überwiegend am Nachmittag

Für unseren Integrativen Heilpädagogischen Hort in St. Pius, Peuerbach suchen wir eine_n *Assistenzpädagog_in*: Der Hort umfasst 4 Heilpädagogische Gruppen und 1 Integrationsgruppe zur Bildung, Betreuung und Begleitung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung im Alter von 6-16 Jahren.

Deine Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit in der Bildungs- und Erziehungsarbeit

* Unterstützendes Mitgestalten der pädagogischen Prozesse und Angebote

* Planung und Reflexion der pädagogischen Arbeit

* Schaffung eines emotional günstigen Klimas in der Gruppe durch eine unterstützende Haltung auf Basis von gelebten Beziehungen

* Sicherung der Bildungs- und Betreuungsarbeit in allen Bereichen in Kooperation mit der*dem gruppenführenden Pädagog_in

* Führung der Gruppe bei Abwesenheit der*des gruppenführenden Pädagog_in

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Pädagogische Ausbildung: BafEp, Kolleg für Kindergarten, -Sozialpädagogik, Lehramt, Dipl. FSBB

* zusätzlich zur Qualifikation: Inklusive Elementarpädagogik (Soki Ausbildung), Inklusive Sozialpädagogik, erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Lehramtsstudiums mit dem Schwerpunkt Heilpädagogik, Sonderpädagogik oder Inklusive Pädagogik

* Respektvolle und wertschätzende Haltung im Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Beeinträchtigung

* hohe Flexibilität

* Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team

* Engagiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit den Kindern und Jugendlichen

* Bereitschaft zur Eigenreflexion und zur fachlichen, sowie persönlichen Weiterbildung
