Das Regenbogenhaus in Graz ist ein privater reformpädagogischer Halbtagskindergarten und eine Privatschule mit Öffentlichkeitsrecht und gilt als Vorreiter im elementaren Bildungsbereich.

Die gelebte "DaSeinsPädagogik" orientiert sich an den Konzepten von Rebeca und Mauricio Wild, Maria Montessori und Elise und Célestin Freinet.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine befristete Krankenstandsvertretung als 1 Pädagogische Fachkraft im Regenbogenhaus - (Krankenstandsvertretung), Teilzeit (20-25 Wochenstunden) Teilzeit (20-25 Wochenstunden)

Als pädagogische Fachkraft begleitest du die Kinder in der Regenbogenschule im Alltag und gestaltest den "Crashkurs". Im Regenbogenhaus lernen die Kinder frei auf Basis des Glockseelehrplans, und konsolidieren das Wissen im Rahmen des "Crashkurses" in den Fächern Deutsch, Englisch und Mathematik in der vierten Schulstufe. Am Ende der Volksschule wird damit ein guter Übertritt in eine weiterführende Schule ermöglicht.

Nach einer Einschulungsphase übernimmst du teilweise die Gestaltung und Durchführung der Lerneinheiten. In der übrigen Zeit begleitest du die Kinder im Alltag bei ihren Lernprozessen.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

* Planung, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der "Crashkurse" auf Basis der DaseinSpädagogik

* Mitwirken beim Gestalten und Pflegen einer vorbereiteten Lernumgebung

* Begleitung der individuellen, selbstbestimmten Lernprozesse der Schüler:innen

* wertschätzender Austausch mit den Eltern und dem Team

* Dokumentation und Evaluation

* Schuladministrative Tätigkeit bei Bedarf

Dein Profil:

* Du bringst eine offene und empathische Grundhaltung und hohe soziale Kompetenz mit

* Du bist ausgebildete Volksschullehrer*in und hast idealerweise schon Erfahrung im Unterricht gesammelt

* Du hast Interesse an alternativen und innovativen Lehr- und Lernmethoden

* Du bist überzeugt vom Weg des selbstbestimmten Lernens

* Wenn du schon Erfahrung mit den administrativen Tätigkeiten von Schulen hast (Sokrates, ISO.web) ist dies von Vorteil

Was wir bieten:

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Mindestlohntarif für private Bildungseinrichtungen (8 Unterrichtseinheiten und 12-17 Stunden Lernbegleitung, insgesamt 20-25 Wochenstunden). Das Gehalt richtet sich nach dem Mindestlohntarif (14 Monatsgehälter), Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
