In der Marktgemeinde Mayrhofen gelangt ab sofort folgende Stelle zur Ausschreibung: 1 Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) mit Leitungsfunktion - Karenzvertretung Aufgabengebiet:

Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) mit Leitungsfunktion im Schülerhort der Marktgemeinde Mayrhofen.

Beschäftigungsausmaß:

-Nach Vereinbarung zwischen 50 und 75% (20-30 Wochenstunden) der Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

-Dienstzeiten: Montag bis Freitag nachmittags

Anstellungserfordernisse:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hortpädagoge_in oder vergleichbarer Ausbildung gem. § 31 T-KBBG wie Sozialpädagogik oder Kindergartenpädagogik mit Zusatzausbildung Hort.

* Die Zusatzerfordernisse für leitende pädagogische Fachkräfte gemäß § 33 T-KBBG erfüllen.

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Führung eines Hortes von Vorteil

* aktive Mitarbeit an Teamsitzungen und Weiterentwicklung der Teamdynamik

* hohe Flexibilität und große Belastbarkeit, Selbständigkeit und Engagement

* liebevoller und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Kindern

* Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung und der sozialen Kompetenzen der Kinder

* Verantwortung für die Umsetzung des pädagogischen Konzeptes

* Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von pädagogischen Angeboten und Projekten

* Bei männlichen Bewerbern abgeschlossener Präsenz- oder Zivildienst oder Nachweis über den Erlass dieser Verpflichtung

Es handelt sich hier um eine Karenzvertretung in Form eines befristeten Dienstverhältnisses. Die Anstellung erfolgt zur Überbrückung eines vorübergehenden Personenbedarfs.

Anstellung und Entlohnung erfolgen gemäß den Bestimmungen des Gemeinde- Vertragsbedienstetengesetzes 2012 in der Entlohnungsgruppe ki1. Das Mindestentgelt beträgt bei dem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 50 - 75 % derzeit monatlich 1.808,95 bis 2.713,43 brutto pro Monat, wobei die exakte Höhe es Entgeltes im Einzelfall nach dem ermittelten Vorrückungsstichtag (insbesondere anrechenbare Vordienstzeiten) festgestellt wird.
