Sie wollen Ihre Expertise in einer Bildungseinrichtung in kirchlicher Trägerschaft einbringen?

Als zweitgrößter Träger von Ordens-Bildungseinrichtungen in Österreich führt der Verein für

Franziskanische Bildung knapp 60 Einrichtungen für mehr als 7.000 Kinder und Jugendliche

aller Altersstufen an rund 20 Standorten in Oberösterreich, Niederösterreich, der Steiermark

und Salzburg. Unsere Erziehungs- und Bildungsprinzipien basieren auf der Grundlage der

franziskanischen Spiritualität.

Für unseren KINDERGARTEN in Mondsee suchen wir ab 01.10.2026 eine 1 pädagogische Fachkraft Sprachförderung (m/w/d) im Ausmaß von 24,25 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Ihre Aufgabe ist die Durchführung der Sprachförderung nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen

des OÖ Kinderbildungs- und -betreuungsgesetzes, den kirchlichen Richtlinien und

den Erkenntnissen zeitgemäßer Pädagogik.

- Planung und Dokumentation von Maßnahmen zur frühen sprachlichen Förderung

- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Kolleg*innen und der Leitung zusammen.

- Sie zeigen Bereitschaft zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung zeitgemäßer pädagogischer Konzepte.

Ihr Profil:

- Sie haben die Ausbildung zur*m Elementarpädagog*in, Volksschullehrer*in (Schwerpunkt

"Elementarpädagogik" oder "Sprachliche Bildung") abgeschlossen - Erfahrung im Bereich

Deutsch als Zweitsprache bzw. Sprachförderung von Vorteil.

- Sie begegnen Kindern verantwortungsvoll, wertschätzend und offen.

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern unterschiedlicher sprachlicher und kultureller Hintergründe.

- Sie sind flexibel und arbeiten gerne im Team.

- Sie sind bereit an Fortbildungen teilzunehmen.

- Sie sind in der katholischen Kirche beheimatet und identifizieren sich sowohl mit den christlichen

Grundwerten als auch mit den Zielen des VfFB.

Wir bieten Ihnen:

und anrechenbaren facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten.
