The posting

Der Verein "Gemeinsam Wachsen" betreibt Kleinkindgruppen an vier Standorten. Für unseren neuen Standort (betriebliche Kinderbildungs- und -betreuungseinrichtung) in Elsbethen suchen wir ab sofort bzw. zum ehest möglichen Arbeitsbeginn 1 Pädagogische Nachmittagskraft für Elsbethen * auf Teilzeitbasis mit 30 Wochenstunden.

* Betriebliche Kinderbetreuung von Red Bull

Unsere Erwartungen:

* Pädagogische Qualifikation (BAfEP, Pädagogik Studium, Fachkraft frühe Kindheit, o.ä.) oder Ausbildung zur pädagogischen Zusatzkraft

* Berufserfahrung in der Kleinkindgruppe

* Freude an der verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe der Betreuung so junger Kinder (1-3 Jahre)

* Offenheit für die qualifizierte Weiterbildung in der Pikler®-Kleinkindpädagogik

* Bereitschaft zur Selbstreflexion

Wir bieten Ihnen:

* kleine Gruppen: 8 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene / Gruppe

* kleine Häuser: 2 - 3 Gruppen

* regelmäßige fachliche Begleitung durch Expert:innen

* interne Fortbildungs-Angebote und Unterstützung für externe Weiterbildungen

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Kinderbetreuung in der Gruppe und Gruppenführung

* Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung pädagogischer Konzepte sowie der Qualitätssicherung der pädagogischen Arbeit

* Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der pädagogischen Arbeit

* Intensiver Kontakt und Austausch mit den Eltern im Sinne einer gelebten Erziehungs-Partnerschaft

Ihre Arbeitszeiten:

* Stundenausmaß: 30h/Woche

* Voraussichtliche Arbeitszeiten:

Mo - Do: 12:00-18:00 Uhr

Fr: 08:00-13:00 Uhr

* + Teambesprechung, Supervision

Ihre Entlohnung:

lt. Mindestlohntarif für private Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen € 3.170,- (1 Dj ohne Zulage - Fachkraft oder € 2.216,- (1DJ ohne Zulage - Zusatzkraft) - Basis Vollzeit
