Die Kidspoint GmbH betreibt Tagesbetreuungseinrichtungen, Kindergärten, Horte und schulische Nachmittagsbetreuungseinrichtungen in ganz Niederösterreich.

Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Pädagogische Unterstützung für unsere schulischen Nachmittagsbetreuungen/Horte Dienstorte: St. Pölten/Wr. Neustadt

Deine Aufgaben

* Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeiter*innen im laufendem Schuljahr in pädagogischen und administrativen Angelegenheiten

* Unterstützung bei Teamproblemen

* Erstellen und Kontrolle der Dienstpläne im laufendem Schuljahr

* Ferienbetreuung- Koordinierung und Einteilung der Ferienbetreuungen, kontrollieren und Erstellen der Feriendienstpläne...

* Bewerbunsgespräche

* Durchführung von Mitarbeiter*innen Gesprächen

* Unterstützung bei Elternbeschwerden

* Unterstützung und Vertretung der pädagogisch/organisatorischen Leitung

Dein Profil

* abgeschlossene Pädagogik- Ausbildung ( Pädagog*in mit Lehramt, Elementarpädagog*in, Sozialpädagog*in oder vergleichbare pädagogische Ausbildungen

* mehrjährige Berufs- und Praxiserfahrung, mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Nachmittagsbetreuungseinrichtungen (Ganztagesschulformen/ Horte)

* Organisatorisches Talent und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis bzw. Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in die wirtschaftliche Logik der Kinderbetreuungsdienstleistung im Bundesland Niederösterreich

* Kenntnisse bzw. Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in die pädagogischen Grundsätze der Kinderfreundebewegung (Eigentümer der Kidspoint GmbH)

* Selbstsicheres und repräsentatives Auftreten

* PKW Führerschein erforderlich

* Perfekte PC Anwenderkenntnisse (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Kreatives, flexibles selbständiges Denken mit Hausverstand

* Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation sowie zur Koordination parallel laufender Projekte und damit einhergehender Arbeitsprozesse

* Teamfähigkeit, Kollegialität

* Bereitschaft zur laufenden Fort- und Weiterbildung sowie zur Erarbeitung neuer Inhalte in Eigenrecherche

Unser Angebot

Zur Verfügung gestellt werden:

Anstellung 20-30 Stunden/Woche, Mo - Fr, Dienstzeiten zwischen 10-17 Uhr

Es wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass ausschließlich Bewerbungen mit passender päd. Ausbildung und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung bearbeitet werden.

Entgeltangaben:

Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Pädagog*in mit Lehramt, Elementarpädagog*in, Sozialpädagog*in beträgt Euro 3.157,88.- auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
