Für unseren Kindergarten Villa Kunterbunt in Wien suchen wir 1 Pädagoische Leitung/ Kindergartenleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, die Freude daran hat, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, ein Team wertschätzend zu führen und gemeinsam mit uns

die pädagogische Qualität unserer Einrichtung weiterzuentwickeln.

In unserem Haus betreuen wir Kinder im Alter von etwa 18 Monaten bis zum Schuleintritt in Kleinkind- und Kindergartengruppen.

Ein liebevoller Umgang mit den Kindern, ein gutes Miteinander im Team und eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Familien sind uns besonders wichtig.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Pädagogische und organisatorische Leitung unserer Einrichtung

* Führung und Begleitung des pädagogischen Teams

* Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer pädagogischen Qualität

* Organisation und Koordination des Kindergartenalltags

* Personalplanung und Dienstplan-Gestaltung

* Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigten

* Begleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter*innen in pädagogischen und organisatorischen Fragen

* Umsetzung der gesetzlichen und behördlichen Vorgaben

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand des Vereins und der wirtschaftlichen Leitung

Eine Besonderheit unserer Leitungsstruktur:

30 % der organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben werden vom Vorstand des Vereins übernommen.

Dadurch wird die Kindergartenleitung in diesem Bereich bewusst entlastet.

Dieser Anteil der Vollzeitbeschäftigung steht für Einspringdienste und die Unterstützung in den Gruppen bei personellen Engpässen zur Verfügung.

So bleibt die Leitung auch im pädagogischen Alltag nahe am Team und an den Kindern.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Eine für die Leitung eines Kindergartens in Wien entsprechende pädagogische Ausbildung und Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung im Elementarpädagogischen Bereich, idealerweise bereits in einer Leitungsfunktion

* Freude an Mitarbeiter*innen-Führung und Teamarbeit

* Bereitschaft, das pädagogische Team bei Bedarf auch direkt in den Gruppen zu unterstützen

* Organisationsgeschick, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit

* Einen wertschätzender und lösungsorientierten Führungsstil

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kindern, Eltern und Mitarbeiter*innen

* Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, eine Einrichtung aktiv mitzugestalten

Das Mindestentgelt richtet sich nach der jeweils geltenden gesetzlichen bzw. kollektivvertraglichen Grundlage.

Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Pädagoische Leitung/ Kindergartenleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, beträgt 3.305,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
