Met drie cao’s (SGO, SW en Aan de Slag), werk je in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor rust, structuur en goede ondersteuning van leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Je denkt mee, pakt door en staat dicht bij de praktijk.

Je bent een fijne sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden: toegankelijk, duidelijk en praktisch. Weet wat er speelt en helpt om situaties verder te brengen op een manier die werkt voor zowel medewerker als organisatie.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken P&O-team binnen de afdeling Bedrijfsvoering, waar collega’s samenwerken, elkaar helpen en met plezier bijdragen aan een organisatie die ertoe doet.

Vanuit mijn rol als P&O-adviseur help ik leidinggevenden en medewerkers om hun werk zo goed mogelijk te kunnen doen en zich verder te ontwikkelen. Soms gaat dat over duurzame inzetbaarheid of verzuim, soms over doorgroeien of het vinden van een balans. Wat ik mooi vind, is dat we echt dichtbij de praktijk staan. We kennen de medewerkers, weten wat er speelt en kunnen daardoor het verschil maken. Daarbij waardeer ik de open en nuchtere cultuur: we zeggen waar het op staat, denken met elkaar mee en hebben oog voor wat werkt. Dat maakt het werk persoonlijk, afwisselend en betekenisvol.”

- Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij P&O-vraagstukken, zoals verzuim, functioneren, ontwikkeling en arbeidsrecht;

- Regie voeren op verzuimdossiers en begeleiden van re-integratietrajecten conf
