De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een betrokken werkomgeving waarin samenwerking, eigenaarschap en resultaatgericht werken centraal staan. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een compact HR-team bestaande uit specialisten op het gebied van salarisadministratie, rechtspositie, arbo, organisatieontwikkeling en HR-advies. Samen ondersteunen jullie de organisatie bij uiteenlopende personele en organisatorische vraagstukken. Functie Als HR-adviseur ben je sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers op operationeel en tactisch niveau. Je adviseert over HR-beleid, arbeidsvoorwaarden, personele vraagstukken en organisatieontwikkelingen. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan verschillende projecten en verbeterinitiatieven. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden en medewerkers op HR-vraagstukken. - Ondersteunen bij werving- en selectieprocedures. - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen het HR-vakgebied. - Meedenken over de ontwikkeling en implementatie van HR-beleid. - Bijdragen aan diverse HR-projecten en verandertrajecten.
