Wil je werken in de zorg, waar iedere dag iets gebeurt en waar jouw advies direct impact kan hebben op medewerkers, managers én de organisatie? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende stap. Bij Tangenborgh krijg je de ruimte om jouw vak uit te oefenen op een manier die bij jou past. We hebben korte lijnen, pakken vraagstukken samen aan en zijn niet bang om dingen anders te doen. Dit ga je doen Van een praktische vraag over de cao tot een complexe personele casus: jij draait je hand er niet voor om. Als P&O Adviseur ben je de vaste sparringpartner van meerdere zorgmanagers. Je weet wat er speelt, stelt de juiste vragen en geeft advies waar een manager écht mee verder kan. Soms is dat praktisch en ad-hoc, soms vraagt een situatie om meer strategisch denkwerk. Jij schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende niveaus en onderwerpen. En er is meer. Je wordt ook projectleider van een aantal HR-thema's. Welke thema's? Daar hebben we natuurlijk ideeën over, maar we kijken vooral naar waar jij energie van krijgt en waar jij jezelf verder in wilt ontwikkelen. Je bent daarbij niet iemand die alleen het projectplan schrijft en daarna weer vertrekt. Je bent betrokken van idee tot uitvoering. Je onderzoekt, verbindt, schrijft beleid, werkt samen met collega's. Samen met de projectgroep zorg je ervoor dat plannen ook echt gaan leven in de organisatie. Op dit moment werken we bijvoorbeeld aan: - Strategische Personeel Planning; - Introductiebeleid; - Implementatie van de nieuwe cao VVT.
