Lees dan verder, want wij zijn op zoek naar een P&O-adviseur! - HBO - 28 - 32 uur per week - €4656 - €6289 bruto - Zwolle P&O adviseur (28-32 uur) Dit ga je doen: Als P&O adviseur ben jij de strategische en inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor het management en het eerste aanspreekpunt bij complexe personele en organisatievraagstukken. Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen strategie, beleid en uitvoering en vervult een sleutelrol in de verdere ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening richting Business Partner. Je opereert in een dynamische omgeving waarin professionalisering en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Vanuit jouw expertise adviseer je gevraagd en ongevraagd over het volledige spectrum van P&O-processen en draag je actief bij. In deze veelzijdige rol: - Adviseer en ondersteun je het management bij uiteenlopende P&O-vraagstukken, onder andere personeelsplanning, inzetbaarheid, loopbaanontwikkeling, verzuim en in-, uit- en doorstroom. - Adviseer en begeleid je personele vraagstukken, uiteenlopend van verzuim, ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid. - Lever je een actieve bijdrage aan strategische P&O-doelstellingen, stel je (mede) jaarplannen op en bewaak je de voortgang. - Analyseer je personeelsdata, signaleer je trends en doe je concrete voorstellen ter verbetering van beleid en processen. - Waarborg je de juiste toepassing van wet- en regelgeving, cao-woondiensten en beleid, waaronder re-integratie, medezeggenschap, veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn. Binnen het P&O-team vervul jij een verbindende rol. Je bewaakt de samenhang, planning en kwaliteit van het werk en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig.
