Wil jij deel uitmaken van het team psychologische vervolgopleidingen binnen Parnassia Groep? Als P-opleider in regio Rijnmond werk je aan een veilig, professioneel en inspirerend opleidingsklimaat. Je draagt direct bij aan de kwaliteit van onze GZ-, PT-, KP- en KNP-opleidingen en daarmee aan betere cliëntenzorg. Lees dan verder. Dit ga je doen De P-opleider werkt vanuit de Parnassia Groep Academie (PGA) samen met (plaatsvervangend) P-opleiders, praktijkopleiders, management en ondersteuners. Daarnaast werk je minimaal 8 uur per week in het zorg- en behandelproces binnen Parnassia Groep. Je hebt een zelfstandige en richtinggevende positie binnen de psychologische vervolgopleidingen en bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor opleidelingen, praktijkopleiders, werkbegeleiders, management, directie, raad van bestuur en externe opleidingspartners, waaronder de RINO Groep. De functie heeft daarmee zowel een inhoudelijk als beleidsmatig karakter. - je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het praktijkdeel van de opleidingen en zorgt voor het voldoen aan relevante erkennings- en kwaliteitscriteria. Je vertaalt landelijke kaders en ontwikkelingen, waaronder die van FGzPt en APV, naar regionaal opleidingsbeleid en stimuleert kwaliteitsverbetering en innovatie; - je creëert en bewaakt een veilig, inclusief, professioneel en inspirerend opleidingsklimaat, beoordeelt opleidelingen en bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van opleidingstrajecten; - je adviseert en geeft richting bij complexe opleidings- en begeleidingsvraagstukken en ziet toe op een passende inzet van werkbegeleiders, supervisoren en praktij...
