Bij Ciner Glass ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen het packaging magazijn en de productie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het juiste verpakkingsmateriaal op het juiste moment en op de juiste plaats beschikbaar is. Van het ontvangen en verplaatsen van goederen tot voorraadbeheer, picking en administratieve opvolging: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles blijft draaien.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Ontvangst & magazijnbeheer

  • Je ontvangt verpakkingsmaterialen en lost vrachtwagens veilig met de heftruck.
  • Je controleert inkomende goederen en zorgt ervoor dat ze correct worden opgeslagen.
  • Je houdt het magazijn overzichtelijk, georganiseerd en efficiënt.
  • Je volgt de voorraad actief op en merkt mogelijke tekorten of afwijkingen tijdig op.

Bevoorrading van de productie

  • Je voert regelmatig pickings uit en maakt het nodige verpakkingsmateriaal klaar.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen tijdig bij de juiste productielijnen terechtkomen.
  • Je bewaakt de continuïteit van de materiaaltoevoer en anticipeert op de behoeften van productie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie over de juiste materialen beschikt wanneer die nodig zijn.

Administratieve opvolging

  • Je registreert voorraad- en magazijnbewegingen correct in SAP.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande materialen administratief.
  • Je houdt informatie en registraties nauwkeurig bij.
  • Je communiceert belangrijke informatie en aandachtspunten duidelijk met collega's en de volgende ploeg.

Veiligheid & teamwork

  • Je werkt volgens onze veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en magazijnprocedures.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een veilige en ordelijke werkplek.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie en je collega's binnen het packaging magazijn.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en springt in waar nodig om de dagelijkse werking vlot te laten verlopen.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het overzicht kan bewaren.

Dit breng je mee:

  • Ervaring in een magazijn-, logistieke of productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen. Ook gemotiveerde kandidaten die hierin ervaring willen opbouwen, zijn welkom.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest en kan veilig en vlot met een heftruck werken.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een computer. Ervaring met SAP is een plus.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands. Kennis van Engels is een extra troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterke focus op veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je ook helemaal thuis in een team.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en staat open voor verschillende taken en werkuren.
  • Je bent bereid om eerst een opleiding in dagdienst te volgen.
  • Je bent bereid om na je opleiding te werken in een 6-ploegenstelsel.

Voor het packaging magazijn vinden we het bovendien belangrijk dat je:

  • logistiek inzicht hebt en gemakkelijk prioriteiten stelt;
  • goed kan inschatten welke materialen nodig zijn om de productie draaiende te houden;
  • nauwkeurig werkt bij picking en voorraadregistratie;
  • alert bent voor tekorten, afwijkingen en andere aandachtspunten;
  • initiatief neemt wanneer je merkt dat er actie nodig is.
