Responsible for driving successful project portfolio leadership throughout the stakeholder influence, strategic relationship management, cross functional collaboration ensuring delivery align with business objectives, timelines and expectations. What you'll do - Leads project management and execution activities across Latin America, including MFO initiatives and strategic packaging projects - Deliver measurable business value through cost optimization, supplier diversification, risk mitigation, packaging innovation, and sustainability improvement - Improve packaging master data accuracy including execution and documentation of new/existent packaging components - Support packaging demands both in-house manufacturing and third-party manufacturing (3PM) operations for the AP, AM, and ACB business for LATAM - Serve as the regional packaging expert for quality incident investigations, supporting root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive action - Drive and execute sustainability projects in the region and reduce material usage/enable re-use/ recycling - Work together with the team by executing projects to address gaps in compliance (DG and EPR regulations) - Evaluate, prioritize, and govern packaging project opportunities based on financial return, strategic value, implementation complexity, and business impact - Provide accurate health check of mold packaging assets under business responsibilities to the Central of Excellence Global team - Provide leadership in prioritized project portfolio, balancing business needs and operational capabilities - Work closely...
