Ben jij een ervaren leidinggevende met een passie voor productie, logistiek en procesoptimalisatie? Voor een innovatieve onderneming in de voedingsindustrie in regio Moorslede zoeken we een Packaging & Warehouse Manager.

In deze sleutelrol stuur je de afdelingen verpakking en magazijn aan, werk je doelgericht met KPI's en draag je actief bij aan de verdere groei, efficiëntie en digitalisering van de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen: - Aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van de packaging- en warehouse-afdelingen. - Coördineren van de dagelijkse werking en indirect leidinggeven aan een team van ongeveer 40 medewerkers via twee teamverantwoordelijken. - Vertalen van de bedrijfsstrategie naar duidelijke doelstellingen, prioriteiten en operationele acties. - Opvolgen van budgetten, prestaties en KPI's en bijsturen waar nodig om de vooropgestelde resultaten te behalen. - Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten volgens Lean- en Continuous Improvement-principes. - Meewerken aan digitaliserings-, automatiserings-, IT- en investeringsprojecten (CapEx), inclusief het gebruik van SAP en de verdere integratie van MES-systemen. - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en duurzaamheid binnen alle logistieke en verpakkingsprocessen. - Intensief samenwerken met productie, supply chain, planning, engineering, technische dienst, sales en safety om een vlotte operationele werking te garanderen. Een succesvolle Packaging & Warehouse Manager combineert leiderschap met strategisch inzicht en een sterke operationele aanpak. Naast het behalen van resultaten staat ook het motiveren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers centraal. Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productie-, logistieke of voedingsomgeving. Ervaring met SAP is vereist; kennis van MES vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde. Sterke coachende leiderschapsstijl met aandacht voor teamontwikkeling. Strategisch denkvermogen gecombineerd met een hands-on mentaliteit. Analytisch sterk en vertrouwd met het werken op basis van data en KPI's. Ervaring met verandertrajecten, procesoptimalisatie en continue verbeterprojecten. Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels.
