You monitor weights, packagingand production records so that every product leaves the line to the correct specifications. What you will do What we offerOperate and adjust. Set up the packing lines accurately,operate the machines and monitor the process. Check weights. Carry out weight checks and makeadjustments to meet product specifications. Keep accurate records. Complete the packingregistration form and flavour form carefully. Monitor food safety. Check critical control points (CCPs)at the required intervals. Reduce waste. Handle and record rework in line withagreed procedures. Improve together. Suggest process improvements andkeep the workplace safe and clean. About youYou have completed a Dutch MBO vocational qualificationand have relevant work experience. You set up machinesaccurately, enjoy learning and work well with others toachieve results. You take initiative and pride in the productyou make. Pay scale G: € 2,550 - € 3,400 gross per month, plus28% shift allowance. Including allowance: € 3,264 -€ 4,352, depending on experience. Travel allowance: € 0.23 per km for a one-waycommute of 10-40 km. Time off: 20 days of annual leave for full-time staff;option to buy 5 extra days. Pension: a 50/50 contribution arrangement.
