We zoeken een Paid Social Manager met minimaal 4 jaar ervaring die social voor onze klanten naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je combineert creativiteit met strategie en data, kent de platformen en formats en weet klanten goed mee te nemen in wat werkt, waarom het werkt en waar de kansen liggen. Full-time / Part-time · Amsterdam Jouw Goals Jij zorgt dat we paid social slim en effectief inzetten voor onze klanten. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de campagne zelf: je begrijpt de doelstelling achter een briefing en vertaalt die naar een sterk mediaplan met de juiste doelgroep, kanalen, budgetverdeling en KPI's. Je hebt ownership over je campagnes en weet wat er nodig is om resultaat te behalen. Je houdt performance scherp in de gaten, begrijpt wat de data je vertelt en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wat werkt, maar vooral ook waarom het werkt en wat we daarvan kunnen leren voor een volgende campagne. Je vertaalt resultaten naar heldere inzichten en adviezen en neemt klanten en collega's mee in je keuzes. Zo ben je niet alleen degene die onze paid campagnes goed laat draaien, maar ook een inhoudelijke sparringpartner die helpt om paid social binnen Crocodile steeds slimmer en beter te maken. Jouw Taken - Zelfstandig vertalen van briefings naar onderbouwde paid media- en campagneplannen; - Adviseren over doelgroepen, kanaalkeuze, budgetallocatie, fasering en campagne-KPI's; - Opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van campagnes in Meta Ads Manager en TikTok Ads Manager; - Opstellen van forecasts en bewaken of campagnes qua budget en performance op koers liggen; - Analyseren van campagneresultaten en vertalen van data naar concret...
