Als pakketbezorger bij DHL Express start je je dienst op het depot, waar je samen met collega's de bus laadt en je rit voorbereidt. Daarna ga je zelfstandig de weg op in jouw regio. Je hebt veel korte contactmomenten met klanten, rijdt veilige routes en zorgt ervoor dat pakketten op tijd en netjes worden afgeleverd. Aan het einde van je dienst lever je de bus weer in, rond je de laatste scans af en heb je helder overzicht van wat je die dag gedaan hebt. Wat je gaat doen: - Pakketten ophalen, inladen en veilig bezorgen bij particuliere en zakelijke klanten in jouw regio. - Je route plannen met navigatie en systemen, zodat je je vaste wijk steeds beter leert kennen. - Klanten vriendelijk te woord staan, kort contact houden en zorgen voor een nette en professionele indruk. - Zendingen scannen, handtekeningen verwerken en je administratie bijhouden in de systemen. - Veilig en verantwoord rijden volgens de verkeersregels en bijzonderheden doorgeven aan de planner.
