The posting

Ervaring als bezorger of chauffeur is welkom maar geen eis. Wij werken je in met een meeloopdag en begeleiding op de route.

Heb je wel ervaring in dezelfde of een soortgelijke functie, dan telt dat mee voor je inschaling in loonschaal C van de cao Beroepsgoederenvervoer. Aantonen doe je met loonstroken of een werkgeversverklaring. Ook ervaring uit een andere bedrijfstak telt mee (artikel 19 cao).

Wat wel nodig is: rijbewijs B, fulltime beschikbaar op maandag tot en met vrijdag, en geen vaste verplichting op werkdagen tussen 06:00 en 17:00.

Wij zijn Vanmark Logistics. Vanaf ons depot in Oirschot rijden wij elke dag vaste pakketroutes door Noord-Brabant, met een eigen wagenpark en een vaste ploeg chauffeurs.

Het werk: je rijdt een vaste route met een bestelbus. Rijbewijs B is genoeg, code 95 heb je niet nodig. Om 06:30 ben je op het depot. Je laadt je bus. Om 08:15 rijd je weg en rond 15:30 ben je klaar. Dat is negen uur tussen aanvang en einde dienst: acht betaalde uren plus een uur pauze. Een route ligt rond de 90 tot 130 stops.

Wat ons anders maakt: je teamleider rijdt zelf mee op de weg en de directie kent je naam. Is er iets, dan wordt het dezelfde dag opgelost in plaats van doorgeschoven. Overuren registreren wij vanaf de eerste dag en betalen wij uit met de cao-toeslag in dezelfde loonperiode. Geen verrekening achteraf, geen discussie over uren.

Je beloning gaat volgens de cao Beroepsgoederenvervoer, loonschaal C. Wat je verdient, hangt af van je aantoonbare ervaringsjaren, niet van wat je elders verdiende. Heb je nooit als bezorger gewerkt, dan is dat geen probleem: wij werken je in met een betaalde meeloopdag en begeleiding op de route.

Hoe het gaat als je solliciteert: je vult het formulier in, dat kost twee minuten. Je wordt dezelfde werkdag nog gebeld, ook als het antwoord nee is. Past het van twee kanten, dan loop je binnen vier dagen een dag mee op de route en weet je precies waar je aan begint. Daarna volgen het gesprek en het contract.
