The posting

Als pakketsorteerder in de nachtdienst bij DHL in Hengelo werk je tussen 10 en 35 uur per week. De werktijden liggen tussen 02:15/03:15 en 07:15. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de pakketten snel en netjes op de juiste plek komen. Je werkt samen met een groot team en houdt van aanpakken. Het werk is fysiek zwaar, want de pakketten kunnen tot 23 kilo wegen. Je loopt veel en bent constant in beweging. Dit maakt de baan perfect als je graag actief bezig bent en in de ochtend vrij wilt zijn. Een typische werkdag begint vroeg in de ochtend. Je start samen met je collega’s en krijgt direct een duidelijke taak. Je staat bij de lopende band, sorteert de pakketten en zorgt ervoor dat alles op de juiste kar, pallet of plek terechtkomt. Veiligheid en duidelijke communicatie zijn belangrijk. Daarom moet je Nederlands of Engels spreken. Je werkt nauw samen met je team en helpt elkaar waar nodig.
