De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als paralegal zijn:

  • Het opvolgen van projecten en het opstarten van aanbestedingen;
  • Het onderhouden van contact met interne en externe stakeholders;
  • Het bieden van juridische ondersteuning aan de organisatie;
  • Het opstellen, nakijken en beheren van contracten en juridische documenten;
  • Het inschatten en beperken van juridische risico's binnen projecten;
  • Het ondersteunen bij geschillen en het zoeken naar gepaste oplossingen;
  • Het nauw samenwerken met collega's binnen verschillende afdelingen;
  • Het rapporteren aan de head of legal en andere relevante stakeholders.

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van Paralegal zijn:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor rechtspraktijk of een master rechten;
  • Of je hebt relevante ervaring binnen een juridische functie of met openbare aanbestedingen;
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en communicatief vaardig;
  • Je neemt initiatief en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit;
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken;
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
  • Kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met een dynamische werkomgeving;
  • Ook pas afgestudeerden komen in aanmerking.
