Voor onze klant, een modern en groeiend accountantskantoor dat kmo's, vrije beroepen en familiale ondernemingen begeleidt op het vlak van accountancy, fiscaliteit en bedrijfsadvies, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste paralegal. Naast financiële expertise biedt dit kantoor haar klanten immers ook ondersteuning bij tal van juridische aangelegenheden, en daarvoor zoekt men versterking.

Ben jij een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde Bachelor Rechtspraktijk die zich graag verdiept in ondernemings- en vennootschapsrecht? Dan is dit jouw kans om je juridische kennis in de praktijk te brengen binnen een dynamische, professionele omgeving.

Jouw takenpakket

Als paralegal vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klanten, overheidsinstanties en interne collega's van ons kantoor. Je ondersteunt de juriste en de accountants bij uiteenlopende taken:

  • Opvolging van de KBO (activeren, wijzigen, stopzetten)
  • Beheer van het UBO-register: registraties, wijzigingen en jaarlijkse bevestigingen
  • Opvolging van eStox
  • Opvolging van diverse identificatie- en AWW-formaliteiten
  • BTW-formaliteiten via Intervat (activeren, wijzigen, stopzetten)
  • Opvolging van digitale volmachten op overheidsplatformen zoals CSAM en MyMinfin
  • Bijstand bij de opmaak van vennootschapsrechtelijke verslaggeving (bestuursorgaan, algemene vergaderingen)
  • Opmaak van publicatieformulieren voor het Belgisch Staatsblad
  • Indienen van bepaalde fiscale aangiftes, waaronder roerende voorheffing
  • Ondersteuning bij het opstellen van diverse overeenkomsten, samen met de juriste en de nodige tools

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een Bachelor Rechtspraktijk op zak.
  • Je hebt interesse in ondernemingsrecht, vennootschapsrecht en fiscaliteit.
  • Ervaring binnen een accountants- of advocatenkantoor is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met de nodige discretie.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en administratief onderlegd.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en functioneert even goed zelfstandig als in team.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office; kennis van juridische databanken of accountancysoftware is mooi meegenomen.
